I applied online. I interviewed at Pernod Ricard in Dec 2019
Interview
Telephone interview with recruitment agency (Not Pernod Ricard). Lasted about 25 minutes. Straightforward questions to begin with followed by lots of scenario based questions where you have to draw on experience from previous jobs, university etc. Got instant interview feedback and was offered assessment centre. However, declined Assessment centre which was with the recruitment agency (if you got through that round there would be another assessment centre with Pernod Ricard). Declined due to the Asssesment centre being in Bigmingham, actual job located in London and they were not willing to reinburse the £150 costs incurred with travel/hotel. Plus had offers elsewhere.
