Achei o processo seletivo bem tranquilo, os recrutadores eram bem descontraídos fazendo com que ajudasse muito a ficar calmo e poder estressar quem você é e seus reais objetivos com a empresa.
Teve duas etapas: a primeira foi na empresa Matchbox, aonde teve entrevista com o RH, tive que me apresentar, contar uma curiosidade de mim que poucas pessoas sabiam. Fui aprovado na primeira fase, e na semana seguinte me chamaram pra entrevista com gestores e RH. Esse dia o nervosismo já subiu mais, mas sabendo se expressar eles entendem seu real objetivo e analisam seu perfil adequadamente.
