There was 3 round for this process: 1. Sensory round 2. Hr Round 3. Technical Round.
First round will be cleared if the candidate having experience in same line.
Pernod Hr who were taken the interview was very rude to candidates. he doesn't have any manner how to talk any candidate. I'm belong from job role sector but I had cleared sensory round even most 3-4 year experience person not cleared it. If HR person doesn't want any person from different type of industry then why you shortlisted these type of candidates. This is most negative in Pernod HR executives.
