I applied through career website for a product marketing intern (Amsterdam HQ) and had half an hour Skype interview and one hour of two on one interview. It took two weeks to get my result of rejection because the one of the managers was traveling. My feedback was I did not have relevant experience and some other personal issues, although I had a working experience in sales marketing in a global B2C company, because my function was slightly different.
After that I had interviews with other positions at Philips as well as other companies but I felt that Philips is not willing to train employees or invest potential but wants to fill out people who have almost similar experience. Also the interview period and style are very different according to your hiring manager's personality.
One positive thing I felt about Philips was that every managers tried hard to answer my questions with enough time at the end of the interview. (You are very promoted to ask questions)
