I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Philips (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2015
Interview
I received a call from the staffing agency to set up a phone interview for the position. The phone interview with my primary supervisor (top-level manager) and secondary supervisor. They made the interview fun and engaging, rather than challenging. We discussed my past experience and talked about the responsibilities of the position I was interviewing for. They also asked a series of questions and allowed me time to ask them my own questions. I received my offer within a few business days.

Interview
I only had telephone interview as I lived in another country. The interview took less than an hour and I only had it with one person, my direct supervisor. Questions were not difficult, just very casual ones, like why did I want that position, how did my background match and etc. Then I got explained more about the tasks that needs to be handled in that position. The same evening I've received an e-mail that I got it.
