I applied through LinkedIn and first sent in my CV. Received an offer for an interview after about a month, and it was for a Hireview interview (a pre-recorded interview that serves as an HR interview), as well as needing to perform some gamified tests (maths and logic). Then after another month, I was invited to interview with the line manager and received an offer a week later.
