Initial call with recruiter, standard questions. Pay scale information was given in this call. Great communication on this phone call and next steps. Second interview with Hiring manager was also great, recruiter was still communicative. After the holidays it was radio silence. Turns out the position was eliminated during a restructure and that was never communicated.
