I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Philips
Interview
The interview process was really smooth. Was invited for a full day of interviews with people from different backgrounds and functions. People at the same level as the one i was applying for. My prospective manager, and the boss of my manager. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were interested not only about my professional career but also about my cultural background and personal experience. This was extremely helpful to be more relaxed.
Got contacted within two days after the interview about the decision. It was a very fast process.

Question 1
Describe a recent conflicting situation in your workplace and the way you managed it.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Philips in May 2010
Interview
The process started with a phone interview from H.R. about a job that I didn't apply for. It was two months later that I found about they had scheduled a in-person interview with the hiring manager as well as a panel interview with some directors. The interview at intense but I felt confident. I followed up with the hiring manager and was told to follow up with H.R. It wasn't for three weeks after the interview, after calling and emailing, that I received a response. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job but they did think I was a good candidate that they will consider in the future.
