Apparently Philips has a culture where don't respect the interviewee. I had this experience twice with them now.
Interview lasted around 1 hour 30 minutes. I was not sure, what would be the outcome so I followed up with them after 1 week. I sent another follow up second week to just give the feedback, even if I was not selected. they did not bother at all.
I forgot about the incident and after few months, I got a call again for a weekend interview. was a little reluctant as I saw their professionalism earlier, but I agreed to attend the interview regardless.
And this time, panel did not come to take the interview and I was told, it will be rescheduled again. Again after following up, there is no response to my email.
Such a shame for these large scale companies to treat interviewees so unprofessionally.
