interviewer was by HR manager and had a copy of my CV, asked questions relating to my CV nothing major just about previous work, what i was doing in college and general interests then there was 2 questions asked in relation to the job then she talked about the job requirements, the shop itself and their reputation as it was the HQ how customer service is so important and how they would train me/employees and the pay scale and then she took what hours i was available, lasted around 20 mins or less, was very friendly and chatty wasn't an uncomfortable environment or nerve racking. asked for a copy of my passport and references. my references were called so you do need to have them.

Interview
I was interviewed for Primark when they had a new store opening. The interview process started with a video followed by a 1-1 interview. The man that interviewed me was very nice and very comforting throughout the experience, they allowed you to take your own time and the questions were not overly difficult.

Interview
Generally easy interview. Only had to wait 10 minutes before I was taken into the interview room. Interview lasted 15 minutes. Interviewer was very friendly. Asked basic retail questions based on customer service, teamwork etc. Just remember to present yourself well and be professional at all times.
