Mainly ask about company and what they believe in, what their ethics are, advertising and role playing situations such as what you would do if a customer was rude. Some managers power tripped and enjoyed being able to boss students around.

There was an initial phone screen which then led to an in person interview. The interview was comfortable and there were a fair amount of questions about work history asked.
