Interview
Competency based interview. All questions require the interviewee to use their past experience as examples of their behaviours. Interview probably lasts about 10-15 minutes and was the same when I reinterviewed for a different store almost 2 years later. Very basic questions. Whole interview is done in a back room within a store.
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
