I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.

I had applied to Primark so long ago that when they phoned me to offer me an interview, I was shocked and didn't recall ever having applied, however I decided to go ahead with the interview the following week.
Many people were being interviewed on the same day, but they were all one on one.
It was basic situational questions (Tell me when...; Describe a time when...; etc)
Took over a month to receive a response.

A time where you've led a project by yourself from beginning to end?
The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
face to face interview and it takes arround 15- 20 minutes. its quite easy one and they will ask about questions regarding your educational background, employment history and skills that you have to work in the position.
