Interview
The interview wasn't very long approx. 20 mins it was more like a chat than an interview. The people interviewing me were very nice. They told me that I would hear back from them in a couple of weeks due to a large number of interviews for the positions.
It was a very clear and easy to follow interview process. Overall it took about 30 minutes to complete. There was two people from Primark attending the interview and then myself.

What prior experience helps you with this position?
Goodness super easy as they were kind to me and asked easy questions as I was referred by a friend , do understand their key values though and make sure to do general research on Primark
face to face, very easy and friendly conversation with the hiring manager. i applied for nightshift role.Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers were friendly, informative, and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.
