Interview
Online test involving scenarios and choosing best possible solutions. Phonecall inviting me for any interview in-store. Thought the in-store interview was more of a box ticking exercise than getting candidates to sell themselves. This might be because I had an inexperienced interviewer but I think its more likely a reflection of the high staff-turnover, low skilled work that Primark embodies.
