Interview
For the interview I went in wearing black jeans and a white shirt (smart casual wear). I first applied online was fairly straightforward and less than a week later I had a call saying they'd like meet me for an interview. over all the 1-1 interview was fairly straightforward they asked why id like to work for primark, what id being to the team, why I was looking for a new job, just basic interview questions. About 5-7 days later I had another call saying they'd like to bring me in for a job interview if they tell you this you have the job. for me this 'interview' was an all day 9-5 getting to know Primark we did group activities and exercises, they showed us around, watched a couple of videos, filled out some forms and at about 4- 4:30 we went and helped the staff finish their sections ready to go home.
It was a very clear and easy to follow interview process. Overall it took about 30 minutes to complete. There was two people from Primark attending the interview and then myself.

What prior experience helps you with this position?
Goodness super easy as they were kind to me and asked easy questions as I was referred by a friend , do understand their key values though and make sure to do general research on Primark
face to face, very easy and friendly conversation with the hiring manager. i applied for nightshift role.Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers were friendly, informative, and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.
