3. There is only one interview ,questions I've had were quite common - how would You deal with a difficult customer , describe the example of a busy day in your previous work, who is the main competition for Primark.

hm...nothing really difficult or unexpected ,but I think that interviewer ( a woman ) was so pleased when she saw me (no I didnt known her before:d ) that I tought she did not wanted to pull anything big from her sleve on me ,and she rather preffered to have easygoing and basic chat about customer service.
Standard retail interview, make sure you have a question prepared to ask the interviewer. They go through your cv on the day so make sure you have the correct dates etc.
Really easy and quick. Interviewer was friendly and there was about 20 questions but just the generic. Took about 10 minutes. But was for christmas temp. So they lowkey was trying to take alot of people in as possible as primark can get busy.
Online application, live interview followed by a feedback. In a few days I knew their answer. The interview was no stressful at all and the interviewer made me feel very comfortable
