I immediately went to customer services and let an employee know that I was here for an interview. they took me upstair to the staff canteen where shortly someone came to collect me for my interview. first went through all security measures such as passport and birth certificate etc. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. It was quite short but this may be because I had already worked there previously.

Why do you want this job? Why do you want to work at Primark?
What would you do if there is a massive queue for the changing rooms, the store is busy and we are down on staff, and a customer is complaining and asking if she can just go in?
Standard retail interview, make sure you have a question prepared to ask the interviewer. They go through your cv on the day so make sure you have the correct dates etc.
Really easy and quick. Interviewer was friendly and there was about 20 questions but just the generic. Took about 10 minutes. But was for christmas temp. So they lowkey was trying to take alot of people in as possible as primark can get busy.
Online application, live interview followed by a feedback. In a few days I knew their answer. The interview was no stressful at all and the interviewer made me feel very comfortable
