They were very friendly and mostly willing to accommodate me and what I needed. Considering that I went in just to ask about a phone call to then suddenly going into an interview , it was fairly easy and the questions simple enough. They were willing to take me on with no retail experience at all and were willing to train me even though I never was trained to work the till in the weeks I was there.

Not really any , pretty straight forward. Just make sure to show an interest in fashion and the company as you will be asked if or example who do you think is our biggest competition?
I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.
The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
face to face interview and it takes arround 15- 20 minutes. its quite easy one and they will ask about questions regarding your educational background, employment history and skills that you have to work in the position.
