I applied online and after a couple of days I got invited for an in-store interview in Cambridge. I was interviewed by the store's manager. She was very nice and friendly and even with typical interview questions it was more like a chat.

Question 1
There's a line to the dressing room and a client gets upset for waiting time. What would you do?
Individual phone interview asking basic questions about sales experience in fast-paced environments and expectations. As I already worked for another store in a different location I didn't have to attend to a second interview. Once I got it, there was a induction day talking about the business, its mission and values.
Usually have a group interview, and then have an individual one with two managers. They will ask you situational questions, and then questions about yourself. Received a call back the next day.
Concise and to the point: CV review and experience highlights, with questions on each role and how my responsibilities, skills, and impact would translate to Primark and future career fit.
