Gave me a call and arranged an interview, they rang me back within a week. Once I had gone to the interview the process took about 30 minutes and they called me back a few days later to tell me I had gotten the job and what hours I would be working

Lots of scenario questions like: the line for the fitting rooms is very long, what would you do?
very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
