Alright interview with a couple scenario questions. The entire process took around ten to fifth-teen minuets where they discussed with me the position of the role and what I would be expected to do.

What would you do if someone's card had declined three times and a large queue was beginning to form at the checkouts?
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

If there were clothes on the floor, what would you do and why?
very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
