It was easy got hired on the spot. The interviewer was very nice; very friendly people and you get to know them. The whole interview I would say took only 5-10 minutes very quick.
Individual phone interview asking basic questions about sales experience in fast-paced environments and expectations. As I already worked for another store in a different location I didn't have to attend to a second interview. Once I got it, there was a induction day talking about the business, its mission and values.
Usually have a group interview, and then have an individual one with two managers. They will ask you situational questions, and then questions about yourself. Received a call back the next day.
