Dopo una prima auto candidatura online, qualche giorno dopo, è arrivata la chiamata telefonica del P&C Assistant mi è arrivata una email in cui era descritto l'orario e il giorno del colloquio in presenza.
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

If there were clothes on the floor, what would you do and why?
very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
