I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.

I was interviewed by a female supervisor and she seemed very nice. I thought the interview went overall smoothly, she asked me very easy questions.
My tip is just be confident, explain (and show if possible) that you are very hardworking person. Don't tell them about the negatives, but more positives the better.
The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
face to face interview and it takes arround 15- 20 minutes. its quite easy one and they will ask about questions regarding your educational background, employment history and skills that you have to work in the position.
