Online questionnaire then got a phone call 2 weeks later asking to come in for an interview the next day. Manager was very slow, my slot was for 3.15 however, a girl who's slot was at 2.30 was still waiting to get interviewed! Interviewer did not seem interested as I was last interviewee.

Describe a time I worked in a team? Time I worked under pressure? What is good customer service to you? Last time I did a presentation? And the hours I could work.
There is a standard checklist that they follow. You answer basic, straightforward questions you would expect and are scored as a result. It is very easy to prepare for. You are scored on a rating scale, I believe numerical!

How would your former or current boss describe you?
Very simple and straightforward questions. Nothing challenging. Took place in an empty office with no distractions. Questions mainly about my skills and why I was suitable for the role. Took around 30 mins to an hour.
It was a group interview initially then we were taken to have a one to one. After which we basically had a trial shift for a couple of hours. They spoke to us about working with the business and allowed us to ask questions
