I applied online, where you need to create a profile, then you need to answer 20+ question about what you will do in different situations, customer service questions, how will you help the customers in different situations.
The questions are not very difficult, you just need to be honest about you judgement.
If you pass the questions stage, the will invite you to an interview.
The interview is not very difficult, it lasted around 10-15 minutes.
If you are accepted they will call to offer you the position.
You need to make sure you research the history of Primark, what new stores are opening or has been opened recently, what is the trend now for different products, for example ladies wear.

Simple competency questions and also availability questions etc. , easy enough to answer, lovely lady interviewing me, overall good experience even if you dont get an offer god experience to do.

Tell me about a time you had to make a difficult decision and how you dealt with it.
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
