It was extremely easy. They asked about my availability, why I wanted to work there and for how long. They do care if it's simply a summer job or not. Then I was asked when I could start.

Q: Tell me about a customer experience that stayed with you, good and bad?
Individual phone interview asking basic questions about sales experience in fast-paced environments and expectations. As I already worked for another store in a different location I didn't have to attend to a second interview. Once I got it, there was a induction day talking about the business, its mission and values.
Usually have a group interview, and then have an individual one with two managers. They will ask you situational questions, and then questions about yourself. Received a call back the next day.
Concise and to the point: CV review and experience highlights, with questions on each role and how my responsibilities, skills, and impact would translate to Primark and future career fit.
