After an online application I received and invite to an in person interview. This was a one on one interview with a member of management who asked a mixture of questions about me as an individual and also about Primark as a company.
very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
