It’s only one interview with one of the managers. They will ask you very basic questions the interview lasted less than 30 minutes. they will let you know the outcome very soon.

An online test is used to assess your handling of situations, followed by an elaborate face-to-face interview to determine whether you fit in. It is an easy process. Carry your documents as mentioned in the mail.

How will you manage the situation if a customer comes to you and you're in the middle of restocking a shelf?
Easy, first you had to complete a situational judgement test online then only 1 interview. very quick 10 mins long. Questions are more about you and your skills and some situational judgement questions
-pretty easy and straightforward
-Had a phone interview before and then an in-person one, where you just have to be yourself.
-Just prepare basic HR type questions and you should be good
