Interview
Was left in the staff cafeteria for half hour after arriving for my interview and ignored by the majority of people in there. Then brought into an office space with the manager.

Question 1
Have you ever been in a situation where a customer is complaining?
Individual phone interview asking basic questions about sales experience in fast-paced environments and expectations. As I already worked for another store in a different location I didn't have to attend to a second interview. Once I got it, there was a induction day talking about the business, its mission and values.
Usually have a group interview, and then have an individual one with two managers. They will ask you situational questions, and then questions about yourself. Received a call back the next day.
Concise and to the point: CV review and experience highlights, with questions on each role and how my responsibilities, skills, and impact would translate to Primark and future career fit.
