Interview
I handed a CV to the Customer Service desk at my local Primark and received a call 2 weeks later inviting me for an interview. On the day of the interview I was asked basic questions such as, "why do you want to work for primark?" which were relatively generic and easy to answer. I was offered the job a few days later and accepted.
I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.
The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
face to face interview and it takes arround 15- 20 minutes. its quite easy one and they will ask about questions regarding your educational background, employment history and skills that you have to work in the position.
