The interview process was smooth. I got to select time according to my convenience. The interviewer was friendly. All the questins asked were relevant to the job. The questions included personal questions such as availability, visa status, etc ans some situational questions.

Describe the best customer service you have offered.
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
