Pulled up to a back of office area. Was asked vague open ended questions that seemed more relevant to HR than actually doing in store tasks, e.g. name a time in your life when you had to overcome stress

Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
