I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Primark (Watford, East of England, England) in Apr 2022
Interview
Primark interview was generally friendly and structured, especially for retail roles. I was assessed on customer service, teamwork, and flexibility, often through scenario-based questions, asking details from my CV and my availability to work. I think it's mostly important to show enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and awareness of Primark’s values (like sustainability) helps you stand out.
