Eché un currículum a través de la página web de Primark. Posteriormente me llamaron para realizar una entrevista en la tienda con una persona del Dpto de RRHH. Al cabo de 1 semana aproximadamente me comunicaron que quedaba seleccionada.

Cuentame una experiencia que te haya resultado dificil
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
