A straight forward interview process. Started with a simple telephone interview with a few questions and a background of the process.
Moved on to a face to face interview with the store manager and a note taker. Competency based questions so have examples ready. Good opportunity to ask questions and discuss the role.

The assessment was really easy one It just gives you situations based on real-life scenarios and you have to select option as per your thinking as to what you will think is most or least effective approach.
