I made my application online on Primark's website. After completing it, I was prompted to take an online competency test. It took some time to hear back from HR, but eventually I was emailed to confirm a time for interview. The interview was carried out by one person, so it wasn't too intimidating. There were the usual competency questions and motivation questions. They just want to see how you can use your past experience for Primark specific situations, and if you are likely to leave as soon as you get another opportunity.
