It was easy
Relaxing, fun
They ask you questions and then you answer how it fits you to.
Be relaxed and then everything will be fine. They get back to you rather quickly.
Fairly generic interview process, for example why do you want to work at Primark and other series of questions were also asked. After a series of questions being asked tailored to the job itself and the organisation itself you get informed whether you are successful or not. The interview process was fairly straightforward.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Primark (Reading, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
Step 1: phone call from the Recuritment team for screening, lovely people and very easy to get some initial questions in.
Step 2: in-depth breakdown of CV, along with some account based questions and then a more competency based question.
