Pretty simple. They want to know what their competitors are and what makes good customer service. It may be helpful if you have other work experience but it's not really needed, since they're retail you'll get the hang of things pretty quickly.

Interview
Questions were nice and straightforward. They tend to ask about the trends and about yourself. There’s also the scenario based questions on the application that may come into play. The scenario questions were relevant and somewhat easy to reply to and give a good co ordinated answer.
