Interview
Very calm, the interviewer was very nice. Was just confident about it due to me preparing for it. The interview was about 15-30 minutes. The amount of questions from what I remember was 3-4 questions. Once it ended, I believe it took a couple days until I got the result, and thankfully I received an offer.
Fairly straight forward, 2 competency based questions based on past work experience, didn't take more than 20 minutes. Mainly asking basic interview 'why' interview questions, also do some research on company beforehand. Interviewer was friendly.

Question 1
Why do you want to join Penneys? what can you tell me about Penneys? Who are Penneys competitors?
Easy and straight forward with simple questions. They wanted someone with a lot of free time and flexibility. I am doing a full on degree so I did not get the job as they felt I would not have enough time.
