Straight forward pre call informal chat followed by two rounds of interviews. Forst round interview was in person. Question about brand analysis and competitor's. Final interview was conducted via zoom and a project was required which I presented and answered additional questions. Entire interview process was pretty quick and only 2-3 weeks in total.
one to one interview it is good if you no someone there and have previous experience they will ask you lots of customer service based questions so make sure you are well presented
