Interview
3 part interview - Numeracy assessment - Call about your experience - Analysis to be created on their chosen department, presented in their Dublin head office. Received a call back to say they moved on with other candidates which was perfect. Negative part of the experience was being be undermined post results to harsh feedback with unrealistic expectations for the presentation. Prepare to have information that isn’t even accessible to someone not in the industry already. General feeling in the office was unfriendly
Simple and fast process, hired on the spot. Manager was friendly and staff were welcoming. Overall it was a very positive experience especially only for my 2nd interview ever. Not much more to say than that but yes it was a good experience and learning situtation.
