Firstly you had an online application,fill out your employment details and information about your self.then a couple days later I received a call from the manager and it was a telephone interview . He asked me what my availability is and questions to see if I was suited for the job

Was a one-to-one semi-informal interview. Around 15-20 mins. It was not that hard. Asked the typical questions on teamwork, leadership and customer service. They gave me some scenarios as well.
