Interview with manager - strengths question, experience with customers or retail, scenario based questions for example tell me about a time when you helped a customer. Followed by a phone call the next day with offer.

General questions and scenario based questions - was pretty standard. Manager was nice too - only one person interviewed me and they were very friendly. No bad experience with this interview
