I met with the visual manager first. She asked A LOT of questions. I was in there with her for about an hour. Then I met with head of hiring for the area. We walked the floor and I had to point out strengths and weaknesses throughout departments. Overall I was there for almost 2 hours

I applied in June and got a phone call in August asking to do an interview. The interview was short enough due to current restrictions. I was asked about experience I have, talked through a couple scenarios and then given an opportunity to ask some questions.
