Primark interview questions

I applied online and received a call about 1 week later inviting me to interview. The interview lasted about 20 minutes. The questions were about my hours availability and costumer service related scenarios.

I applied last month and expected not to get the job as I have been unsuccessful with Primark in the past but I received a phone call on Sunday asking for an interview! I had to apologise to the manager as I had an interview on the Monday when they wanted me in but they rescheduled for the next day. The interview was relaxed and fairly easy with one of the managers. I chatted to the lady on the phone in person and she was very nice! Along with the lady on the customer service desk. I got a call six hours after the interview to say I had got the job and I start this Saturday for my induction! A quick process.
