I applied online via a questionnaire, and then was called in for a 1:1 interview. The interview was very easy. I was accepted, but was sent details of an induction day I was unable to attend, despite establishing during the interview process that this was a date I was unavailable.

Examples of these are 'If you were on the floor folding and one of your coworkers asked you for help, how would you handle that situation?', and 'If a customer asked you about the company's exchange policy, how would you react.'
