Was good, interviewer was friendly. Watched video about primark then asked questions about what makes me fit for the role, what did I know about primark, if I have had any previous retail roles, my availability. Very chill process
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Primark (Manchester City Centre, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
I was supporting an individual with autism to find a retail position, however he kept struggling in the interview process as he became overwhelmed and shut down. We contacted Primark via email and they were very accommodating, supporting us with reasonable adjustments such as 30 mins extra to prepare before the interview. Despite being unsuccessful in the interview this experience still gave my client confidence in future interviews and was a good learning experience. We were grateful for Primark's understanding - don't be afraid to ask for any reasonable adjustments you may need!
face to face, very easy and friendly conversation with the hiring manager. i applied for nightshift role.Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers were friendly, informative, and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.
