Applied online, got a phonecall back from them within a few days and they organised an interview. I arrived 10-15 minutes early and a staff member took me to the cafeteria to wait until i was called. Interviewer was 10 minutes late starting. They were very nice. Took me through what was going to be asked before they properly started. They asked how flexible I would be with work hours, how willing I'd be to cover other people's shifts should it be needed. After the interview they told me that they'd get back to me within two weeks. it's now been a week and no word yet.
